I – ABOUT TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR
1. Definition
Technical administrator is whom provide administrate support to the Technical team regarding tasks such as Dept reporting, spareparts inventory management, preparation of quotes for service contracts, forwarding of supporting information to the supplier.Liaising with other departments such as Finance, and Business to get support to ensure our customers receive great service each and every time. The role also includes the administration of warranty claims and report writing.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in BioMedical Engineering, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory, BioTechnology, Bussiness

• At least 01 years of experience in healthcare sector or experienced administrative background

• Proactive with independent working skills
• Positive approach to customer and clients
• A strong communicator
• MS Office (Word, Excell, Power Point)
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve
required targets

MANAGEMENT SPAREPART INVENTORY
• Responsible for manage spare part stock to ensure importing & exporting is smoothly
• Monthly SPP inventory with acountant to ensure SPP exporting is correctly
• Proposal solutions to storage SPP to ensure they available when needed
COLLECTION & SENDING REPORT
• Collection daily report and sending report to team
• Collection daily meeting & sending report to team
PROVIDING COST FOR SERVICE CONTRACT
• Providing quotation service contract
• Follow up service contract term
CONTACT TO SUPPLIER FOR WARRANTY CLAIM
• Contact to supplier to claim warranty
• Contact to supplier to get support
SUPPORT TECHNICAL DOCUMENT FOR RELEVANT DEPT
• Support other Dept on technical document
