I – ABOUT APPLICATION SPECIALIST
1. Definition
The Application Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise in a specific business applications area which requires a working knowledge of the technical infrastructure underpinning the applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in BioMedical Engineering, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory, BioTechnology
• Proficiency in all 04 English language skills;
• At least 01 years of experience in healthcare sector or lab
c. Skills
• Proactive with independent working skills
• Positive approach to customer and clients
• A strong communicator
• MS Office (Word, Excell, Power Point)
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve
required targets
• Good service thinking, professional manners and strong self-confidence;
• Effective organizational and problem solving skills;
• Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure.

• SUPPORT CUSTOMER TO SOLVING ISSUES RELATED TO RESULTS
• RESPOND TO CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND INVESTIGATE TO RESOLVE APPLICATIONS PROBLEM
• DELIVERY INSTRUMENT TO CLIENT & DO TRAINING TO USERS
• PERFORM VALIDATION TEST DEPEND ON CUSTOMER DEMAND
• PERIOD VISIT CUSTOMER & DO RE-TRAINING
• COORDINATE WITH SUPPLIER TO HANDLE PRODUCT COMPLAINT OF REAGENT & REAGENT APPLICATION
b. Assignment by leader
GUIDE CUSTOMERS TO USING ANALYZER
• Arrange to combine with engineer training customer when installation new analyzers
PREPARE DOCUMENT TO GUIDE SYSTEM USER
• Prepare all document for guide customer using analyzer
• Manage all user guide at customer site to ensure they are alway available
SUPPORT CUSTOMER TO SOLVING ISSUES RELATED TO RESULTS
• Onsite or online support customer solving issues related to results
RESPOND TO CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND INVESTIGATE TO RESOLVE APPLICATIONS PROBLEM
• Answer all customer questions related to application problem
• Support customer investigate to resolve problem related to application
DELIVERY INSTRUMENT TO CLIENT & DO TRAINING TO USERS
PERFORM VALIDATION TEST DEPEND ON CUSTOMER DEMAND
PERIOD VISIT CUSTOMER & DO RE-TRAINING FOR THEM
COORDINATE WITH SUPPLIER TO HANDLE PRODUCT COMPLAINT OF REAGENT & REAGENT APPLICATION
